Took my car in for a service on the 28th December 2013. We were greeted with such friendliness and enthusiasm. We were then given neck massages and coffee. Car service was only R495.00!!
From the hostess that greeted us, to the guy who drove us to work as well as Lebogang who called me throughout the day to give me feedback on my car... it was a stunning experience.
VW Mcduling understands the value of good customer service!
I will definitely go back there again as well as tell all my friends about it and encourage them to go there.
The Glen VW could learn a lot from the Booysens branch.
