Dishonesty - vehicle not serviced before release

I have been discussing with Tata sale person since 2013/11/11 concerning the service of the Ford Bantam TDCi I bought from TATA in PTA North in August, 02 2013 @ 58000KM. Upon purchase of the vehicle i got that vehicle has been service done. I checked with TATA Pretoria North if the vehicle have been service for there is no service stamp on the vehicle log book, & was told that it was serviced before release. I was told they will give me records to prove to prove this. Not records provided, & at times they ignored my plea to respond to my request. Their response: I am not the only important customer they have to attend to, therefore have many other customers to attend. No written declaration was given & was told on Tuesday (2013/11/19) that I should get a quote from nearby dealer for them to settle it. Quote was sent to TATA on 2013/11/21. Their response today (2013/11/27) -not going cover the cost of service and possible repairs. Service plan insurance & the warranty have been suspended. Vehicle problems - burning fuel. It consumes fuel in the region of 13lts for 50KM distance. There is heavy smell of fuel inside the vehicle. I need help in getting the Dealer to account. Thanx.
