3 Months ago, I ordered a new key for my vehicle with Caren van der Walt, almost 2 months later, after numerous calls and plenty emails, I was informed that they ordered the wrong key. I explained to Caren that I cannot have my vehicle towed to the Midrand branch and asked if they could send the newly ordered key to the Menlyn branch. She said she will arrange it with her manager. Today, 3 months after my original order, countless emails and phonecalls to follow up. I hear that they did not know that I intended to have my key sent to Menlyn. They Menlyn branch now needs to buy the key from them and that will take a very long time. In the mean time I have lost 2 buyers for this vehicle and the value keeps depreciating. I will never do business with this pathetic company again, and since I work for the biggest insurance company in South Africa, I will advise all my clients to stay away from CMH, I will gladly tell them all about my experience! Oh and Caren, next time you send such a rude and arrogant email please make sure you not only cc your manager but also your head office, it will save me from having to forward it to them!
