I purchased a new Hyndai i10 1.2 in July. The vehicle was delivered without a spare key. We were in the process of moving from Pretoria to Howick, however we still lived in Pretoria for a month after the vehicle was purchased. I was informed a spare key will be given to me before we move or couriered. After several emails the sales consultant (Danie Fernandes) informed me they cannot to make a spare key and i would have to go into a branch and do it, i was more than willing to do this in Pietermaritzburg as this is close by. They informed me I had to drive the car to Pinetown 100km away as they "cannot do business with PMB branch". The first thime I drove to Pinetown to do it (after scheduling it a week prior) they said the key was never ordered. I drove to pinetown again to be informed what Menlyn branch said would take 10 minutes will in fact take a whole day to do. I did not have time to do so.

This has bren made my problem for no good reason. The branch manager never answers her phone and the sales consultant constaltly "whatsapp"s me, how unprofessional!!! I believe I am a victim of internal politics. Why is getting a spare key for my new car my problem?
