Caren Chame, makes me dislike Status Mark Property. It is because of her that I decided to leave and make use of a different company. Every one that stayed in the complex had issues with Caren Chame.
I handed in my months notice and jumped through all the hoops she requested. When I asked when I will get my deposit back she does not answer my question, although I am still client. She picks and chooses which part of the housing act she wants to abide by. She wants to pay my deposit 14 days after I have moved out, but mentions nothing about the fact that my money has been put into a trust account and mentions nothing on the interest it has made.
I do not want to have Status mark and Caren Chame apart of my wonderful life.
I simply want my money and the interest it has mad and I never want to think or use Caren in anything that I deal with. She is terrible at dealing with clients and has no respect.
I would say that anyone wanting to make use of Status Mark should think again and if you do, do not have Caren Chame as the person managing your account.
