PATHETIC SERVICE FROM KIA/HYANDAI MENLYN

My Hyaundai i10 was booked in for repairs on Thuesday 1 Oct at the Menlyn branch:

- my first experience were very shocking about 20 cars were in front of me at 7:00, after an hours wait one of the consultants came to book in the vehicle. The lady asked me where my security form was. I told her nobody inspected the vehicle before her. It took another half an hour for the final book-in.

The second problem: nobody informed me about the repairs for 2 days not a single phone call.
Yesterday a phoned the branch, a lady informed me the vehicle were not finished yet she will come back to me.

Surprise!! no phone call for the rest of the day. I decided to go to the branch to see if my vehicle were at least still there. Surprise!! about 15 people waiting to be helped. After another 45 minute wait i was helped.

I asked the lady about the repairs: She got the job card and i was told the following: 4 phone calls was made to me. Surprise they had the wrong name and number on my vehicles job card. Then i was informed that i had to pay for the repairs. When the vehicle were booked in i handed a copy of the extended warranty to the lady. They did not even did the trouble looking for the warranty
