We took our car, a Hyundai i10 for repairs to Hyundai Menlyn branch on 30 September 2013. There was a problem with the power steering and had to be towed in. While there we asked them to also check the clutch. On 4 October we've given the go-ahead to replace the clutch. We tried to follow-up on various occasions to find out what the progress were with the vehicle. The excuses ranged from waiting for parts, received the wrong parts, parts was wrongs, etc, etc. They always promised to get back to us, but NEVER did anyone phoned us back and every time we dialed, to follow-up on progress, it was a mission to get to the right person, who would be able to give us feedback. We spoke to other people who are also very frustrated with for example also the Montana branch. Yesterday the 16th October we decided to physically go in to the Service center to follow-up on our vehicle. There we came across a lady who tried to assist, who was swamp with work and was trying to assist, but it created just a very bad impression. She responded that they first received the wrong parts and now finally received the right parts - how can Hyundai themselves not even know what is the right parts!
