No service at all?

This is not what i have expected from my BMW dealership.

The standards at this branch is pathetic,

I have called in 5 times during the day to confirm if i will or will not be fetched from my workplace, only to be told that i will receive a callback, 5 hours later and thers no call!

if this is the case id rather take my car off a motorplan and pay for my services and the additionals myself.
