Ok so Nedbank have given the responsibility to UTI mounties to deliver my new cards, since then i have received daily calls from them asking if i was another person. different people each time. after inquiring it seems that they use a spreadsheet to track people and their deliveries. i received a call from their driver yesterday saying he was coming 'now'. heard nothing from him again. received a missed call from the offices today and after calling back there is no record of any cards for me. i think their systems have been designed on a piece of string and not to mention the phone manners of their drivers and call center staff. the drivers call me and have no idea what the address is and can be barely understood. no phone manners either. very very casual attitudes. the attitude although friendly is incompetent and l would be embarrassed. received three calls from the driver trying to get to me, he said that they didn't write the full address down and he only has corner something something... hand written addresses??? no idea how they managed to land the major banks business. very concerned that my bank cards are being carried around by this lot.
