I purchased a Renault Koleos from Route 24 last year April 2012, had a few problems, sorted out. Now I have a problem with gears not going in properly, contacted Centurion branch, Grant said my husband must bring it in, but he uses his vehicle for business, we then contacted Renault South Africa, they say that they will only give us a courtesy car when they have assessed the car and ordered the parts from France, but my husband needs a car for his work. The case manager said that we must contact the branch where we bought the vehicle from, I said to her why must we do it, we have already let u know. She then said she would send it to the branch for there attention. It is now 3 days later and no call from Route 24. As I told Renault Head Office that we are going away on holiday to Buffelspoort and we r going to tow a caravan and if it breaks they will be held liable for towing the vehicle to renault repair centre and give us a replacement vehicle that can tow a caravan. THIS IS REDICULOUS, SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST ANYMORE.
