CTM Centurion- bad service and rude staff!

On tuesday 9/4/2013 I send a staff member to CTM Centurion to order stock and to arrange that we return stock to them that was purchased at CTM Menlyn. Jantjies said that they can accept the stock with a proof of the invoice. We phoned CTM Menlyn and requested that they forward us the invoice via e-mail, which they did within a few minutes. The invoice was then send to Jantjies together with the banking details of the company in order for them the refund our company - this was exactly done as per Jantjies instruction. Today, 11/04/2013 we send our driver to return the goods and refered him to Jantjies. We received a call from Thabo, (very rude and arrogant) saying that Jantjies is off today and that they cannot accept goods purchased from another branch and that we should return it to Menlyn. After explaining to him that Jantjies did say we can do it and that all information was e-mailed to him and he was expecting goods on return from us. He still was very unhelpful, refuse to listern and put the phone down. As a regular buyer (building company) we will instruct all our customers not to select anything from CTM and will never do business with CTM and their rude staff!
