I bought a new Foton Tunland double cab from Foton Menlyn on Fryday 24/05/2013 .On 27/07 I took it back with numerous problems. I told Mr Kruger I do not want the vehicle because I believe it has a history. He told me it must go to the workshop and if afterwards it is still not right they will exchange it for a new vehicle!
I believe no pdi has been done on this vehicle! After two days they said my vehicle was ready for collection!
I took it back to the deal the same day as some of the problems was still not fixed. Mr. Kruger told me to go to the "ombutsman" because all the problems have been fixed!
I took the vehicle for a AA test and all my concerns was confirmed!
I send the AA report to Mr. Kruger aswell as the MFC representative Mr. van der Merwe, with no reply!
I send them numerous emails with no response!
I immediately upon realising send MFC an email my concerns about the vehicle and informed them that I do not want to carry on with the deal! He also did not respond!
I am 63 and it is the first new vehicle that I bought and I can't believe that it can turn out to be such a nightmare!!!
