Incompetent and horrendous attitude and service

My awful orderl with Hyndai Sandton began late October 2013. I own a Hyundai i120 (2011 model 1.4) and I had phoned Hyundai to book the car in for 45000KM service. Therefore the servicing department could not find my car with the VIn number. later on i spoke to Robi, a lady who was able to pick up my car and book the car in. My problem is none measure Hyndai has in place to search for this number, secondly service recieved from its staff members was unwillingness to work and no pro-active or customer service at all. i have adressed this with a branch manager Mervin, who responded on email how there issue of the Vin number could have been recified. My car was due for service and i coud not wait for a re-training of their dismal staff to ensure a car is searched and serviced, as i result of this mis-information i recieved that my car has no service plan, i paid a different dealership to service my car, a week later when i follow up Hyndai confirms i still have a service plan. his means a loss of time and money on my side as i had paid.i will certainly not recommend your brand to other people as you have proved to not care about existing customers. details of this are on email
