Dear Hyundai,
I am dissapointed to hear that my service plan that we bought is a service plan for only ONE service at 15000km. I was told and led to believe that this was a 3year/60 000km service plan.
This was not disclosed to me!
I have never heard of such a service plan consisting of only ONE service and nor has the staff of whom I recently contacted at Hyundai ever heard about such a service Plan.
Please rectify this issue and deliver what was promised, or respond to this complaint in writing so it can be presented beore the ombudsman.
Lastly, please may you get Bradley Henry (hyundai customer care agent) to respond to my email.
