Worst Service ever from Hyndai Menlyn

I am aware&dissapointed that Hyndai is not registered as one of the companies that respond, but i am writting this report hoping to get help and referral who can help me with my complaint. I called Hyndai Menlyn on 22/10/2013 to book my car for service, they promised to call me back which they never did, the next day i called to follow up and i was transferred from pillar to post and held for close to 45 minutes on the line, i requested to be contacted back which they eventually did, booked my car and took it for service. I was expecting a call later in the day to tell me that my car was ready but i didnt get the call, the next day i went to check on my car, i got no explanation nor apology after they kept my car over night without even notifying me. I think this is pathetic service, i pay for service and i expect to be treated fairly as a customer. I was made to feel small and not cared for. The car was very dirty i am not even certain if it was indeed services. If i can please be assisted with details to direct this report to as i am not willing to let it go cause i wouldnt want someme else to experience the worst service that i got from Hyndai Menlyn hence it has to be corrected.
