Expired Service Plan

2014-01-30, I booked my car for service at hyndai menlyn pretoria. I was asisted by Suenete. After 4hrs, she caled stating that my car service plan has expired. I was stuned and told her that, I bought my car from them and it was new, its a 2012 model and only serviced ones. she told me 2 verify with Liquid Capital. I caled Liquid Capital and they stated, I am stil on the service plan, hyndai must cal 4 authorization. I informed Suenette. She 8tr got back to m saying, my vehicle vin no. is undr another persons name calld Mrs Smith and she wil sort everything 2m and I must fax her my ID. Today 2014-01-31, she didnt gt back 2 me. I tried caling her the whole morning but failed and left her a mesage to call back. I went to hyndai about 13:00.I found Suenette, she said their phones are ofline, which i think its an excuse cos i left her a mesage some1 answered and she caled me when i left. She said they havent serviced my car, and wasnt her job to sort the isue. The car has been ther 4 almost 2days without any resolution.i dont undertstand how liquid capitals typing errors/ internal issue have to do with me. What kind of a system they using if u cant see a client details wit vin no.
