HYNDAI BEDFORDVIEW HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I was supposed to have my car serviced at 45 000 km, but made a mistake and thought it was at 50 000. I was away on holiday and when I got back I booked my car in. Although I am paying an additional amount monthly for a maintenance plan, I was told that I had to pay R1500 for a service as I missed my 45 000 km. I went onto their website (on their customer service) to ask why I had to pay and also to find out where this is documented in my service warranty, but no one has bothered to come back to me (although they did have an electronic response saying someone would).
This is my first new car ever and I am totally disgusted with Hyundai's shoddy attitude.
