I bought my Hyundai i20 from Hyundai Edenvale branch in 2010 and as part of the deal at the time, I received an extended 5 year Service plan. When I took my vehicle in for its 75 000km service at Sandton branch they informed me that my service plan has expired after 3 years and therefore didn't service my car. The following day (4 Oct 2013) I emailed through the documents I received with the purchasing of my vehicle which clearly indicates that I have a 5 year service plan. This was emailed to Drew Nelson from Edenvale branch and the Servicing consultants at Sandton branch. Drew forwarded this to Liquid Capital to enquire and update my policy on their system. I have emailed and phoned countless times to follow up, as I was running out of the 1000km's margin that one has to service your car. I eventually contacted Jessica E from Hyundai SA to try and get this resolved. When she didn't respond to my complaint I got hold of Chanelle Visagie at Liquid Capital. She has been the only one of about 10 people that came back to me and is really trying to get this resolved. It is now 3 WEEKS, still no feedback from anyone and my car still hasn't been serviced! I find the pathetic! Monika
