What a terrible service we've received?

I am terrible dissapointed at Hyndai. We submitted our documents earlier this month for a vehicle. We wanted to purchase a new vehicle at Hyndai, trading in the one we drive. Up until today after two weeks of following up, we still haven't received a car. I complained to the Branch Manager, who also did not take any action.

I was recently told I needed to pay a deposit of R15000 in order to get a car. I went there early because I wanted to get out of the car I'm driving, my installment is due on the 25th of July and I'm now going to pay the installment of a car I wanted to change. I am not very impressed and feel that should I had tried another brand, I'll be driving my new vehicle by now. Hyndai, you've let me down and I so wanted to experience your world.

As a consumer, I've lost all hopes on dealership. I now need to start afresh and do another deal when I've waisted all my time with people who didn't want my business.

I'm so dissapointed, I don't know what to say.
