Why should I fill my car at Caltex, Bluff Road, Durban when your card machine is never working? The only benefit is the R1 I get back on my UCount from Standard Bank and it's on my way to work. Including this the day before yesterday, yesterday, last night and this morning I have been there 19 times in the last 3 months and every time their card machine wasn't working. The petrol tenants just keep saying: "Speak to the manager". Seriously, it's absolutely pathetic service.
