My order was suppose to be delivered on Tuesday 10-12-2013 . I was called by the driver to explain where I lived, after which I was told that my package would be delivered at about 14:00. I did not receive my parcel, after several phone calls I found out on Wednesday 11-12-2013 that my package was delivered but to someone else and they did not have that persons contact details either. How does this happen, clearly the recipient doesn't have my name? Adding onto this I needed the package urgently as I am going away for holidays. Also as a result I have had to make my own methods of trying to retrieve my package as they said they were going to call me but they did not and it seems they have not organised a means to fetch and deliver my parcel to me.
