Bad service: Westvaal Motors

I took my daughters vehicle, a Chev Captiva to Victory Motors in Secunda for a service. The've ordered the spare part, a timing belt from WESTVAAL MOTORS in Secunda early, on THURSDAY. The spares would have to arrive on Friday. Late Friday afternoon, I have to follow up why the vehicle is not fixed, just to hear that WESTVAAL MOTORS should have phoned met to inform me that they still waiting for the spares. Victory Motors did follow up several times with them, without any success. Accordingly to Westvaal Motors Sparepart Manager, Gerhard, are the still waiting for the couriers. We all would leave for our annual holiday on SATURDAY!! Yhis part was received LATE MONDAY AFTERNOON, about 15H30, not enough time to finish it on Monday. Whan did we receive the vehicle? TUESDAY MORNING, DUE TO BAD SERVICE AND NO FOLLOW UP FROM THE SPARE PART MAMAGER
