My husband was looking to purchase a bakkie from Westvaal Motors Nelspruit.
He applied for finance last week Thursday already.
Today the finance was approved however due to the way this circus of a company is run and due to lack of service, my husband was now told that unfortunately the bakkie was sold on Friday by another sales person and that they received their payment for it today resulting in them not being able to adhere to the verbal agreement between my husband and Phillip Coetzee.
My husband was like a little boy with a new toy this weekend being very excited with the bakkie he was expecting to receive this week only to be disappointed. And all this because Westvaal Motors could not get their act together.
I am furious at Westvaal Motors for their lack of service and bad attitude.
I will advise all customers out there looking for a vehicle to stay FAR AWAY from Westvaal Motors in Nelspruit.
They lack service delivery and treat you like sh... t!!!
