BAD BAD HORRIBLE SERVICE

I am very upset with Westvaal Motors this morning. I know I also made a mistake but I think I am a lady and they are suppose to be professional car dealership. I had my car serviced at Westvaal for the first time on 24 June 2013 standing on 15563km. The second time I took my car there was 9 December 2013 at WHAT I THOUGHT was 32800km. I was reading the trip meter instead of the actual km and rushed my car there without thinking any further cause I then made myself believe that the warranty had expired because it went far over its 30000km service. This morning I realized things are not right and when checked my settings and how everything actually works I realised my cars kilos is currently only standing on 24400km!!! Now how the did they who is supposed to be professionals not check my kilos and just wrote the kilos I gave them in the book, and how did they not check the actual kilos before even starting the service??? Which means my car now already had its 30000km service and it is not even close to there yet, and also they couldn't even do everything like they were supposed to. Plus the fact that I was informed my warranty expired because of late servicing! UNEXEPTABLE!!!
