NO SERVICE - Vechile Returned 4 x Times

My Brand New Chev Sonic went in for it's first service, my vehicle was returned and my service booklet was not stamped and my vehicle was not running to our satisfaction. The vehicle was returned with a knock on the undercarriage and a noise on the front brakes. The vehicle was attended to again and returned to us with no faults being found. The vehicle was still not is top condition and was returned again and certain faults were repaired. Thereafter the vehicle still had the same noise on the brakes and undercarriage, and we contacted Westvaal Nelspruit again. The vehicle was again returned and attended too, were certain pins were ordered. We were informed that the pins had arrived and that the vehicle had to go in for service again, we made a booking and I informed them that we need a courtesy vehicle as this was nonsense, and the we cannot sit without a vehicle. Tendai was to call us back and confirm that all was in order. this was Thursday the 28th of March and to date we are still awaiting Westvaal to return our calls and book our vehicle, as the vehicle still has a knock on the undercarriage and the brakes are still a problem.
