Poor after sales service

I purchased a brand new car from them on the 16 September 2013 in October I started experiencing problems I took the car to 1 of their service centers, but due to a lack of parts available in the country I had to wait the parts finally arrives in the country and then it is discovered that the are other problems as well, but to top it all off when I call the they don't respond when I email them no response I'm just so frustrated because I have a brand new car but it faulty and financially I'm losing out as I have advertising on the back of my car that I get paid for, but I need to submit pictures to the advertising agency before the 7th of every month but I can't do that as my car is at the service centre this is the second compliant that I'm making with hello Peter and no response I have laid numerous complaints with Tata SA but nobody gets back to me not even a phone call what must I do for them to get back to me all I want us to enjoy my car with my family if they can't fix it they must replace it I hope someone from the head office calls me my contact details are cell 0829328897 email address [Email Removed] work 0214196752
