No one at Westvaal Somerset can provide a quote for a service to a vehicle. I have contacted three people at Westvaal Somerset to obtain a quote for a 90000km service for my bakkie. Spent much time on hold. A week later, I have not heard from anyone. I spoke to three people on three different occasions. No one could provide me with a quote. I even spoke to Service Manager Mr. Tiene who assured me that I will get a quote. 5 days has passed and I have still not received the quote. Seems Westvaal is too "cash flush" to bother about new clients! I live in Gordons Bay and it would be most convenient for me to take my vehicle to Westvaal Somerset West. I now had to book a service at Thorpe Plumstead (who were able to give me a quote in 5 minutes). A distance of approximately 50km from my residence. I see I am not the first customer complaining about Westvaal Somerset. Does Westvaal Somerset require an OPETATION OVERHAUL?
