I am extremely disappointed in Westvaal Nelspruit my vehicle has gone in not twice not three times but four times to Westvaal Nelspruit and still there is a problem on the front callipers of my car, there are noises on the front tyres and the undercarriage and I am told that this is normal!! This is utter nonsense!! I have now had enough and feel that a formal complaint needs to be lodged with GM South Africa to sort out this problem or a New vehicle has to be supplied as this is unacceptable. The problems continue and I have to wait more than two weeks at a time for Westvaal to contact me, and if I do not contact them well then that is okay they think the problem will go away. Well it is not!! I am now fed up. I have paid a large amount of money on a vehicle that I must just be satisfied with and that I do not feel safe in!! this is unacceptable!! I now want someone from GM south Africa to get involved and sort our this problem for once and for all!!
