Chev cruze was fitted with tow bar and the bumper was damaged car was taken for quite. I was told that I must claim from my insurance that he is not liable for any damage. The tow bar was fitted by Kwikfit and they expected from me to sort the problem out with kwikfit. Instead of phoning me my wife was phoned by a person of kwikfit to make arrangements for my vehicle to be repaired instead of westvaal again they are trying to shift their responsbility. From day one up to now I only had trouble with westvaal Rustenburg even when buying my car this is know going on for a month I have been making phone calls at my own expence and also driving back and forth to west vaal I am giving them chance till this week friday to give me possitive feedback if not I will be forced to take further action
