On 06.05.2013 I took my vehicle for the first time to Westvaal Somerset West, due to the fact that the car slightly jerked as if it does not get enough petrol.
On 09.05.2013 the Workshop overseer phoned me back and advised me that my car was repaired. I received an account of R1, 507.10. My foreman fetched the vehicle and informed me that the car was that the car had to power as if it wanted to backfire/mis. On 10.05.2013 I tested the vehicle myself, and realized that the car was driving on 2 cylinders and that we have a bigger problem with the car. I tried to phone the workshop and was advised to bring the car in the Monday. On 13.05.2013 I took the car back as requested by them the Friday. The Workshop overseer received the vehicle and said that they will look into it to see what was wrong. The vehicle was in a worse state as the first time on 06.05.2013. On 15.05.2013 the Workshop overseer phoned me and said that the vehicle was now ready and that I could come fetch it. I realized that nothing changed even though they said that the vehicle was fixed. I left the vehicle there.
