To whom it may concern
I bought a Chev Utility last year June 2012 and want to lay a complaint against Westvaal in Welkom. There is a problem with the rubbers on the vehicle meaning that the rubbers don't seal properly. The utility went in a couple of times but it is not rectified yet, they claim they are waiting for new rubbers but it can't take this long ordering the rubbers.
The utility also went in for a 15 000 km service on the 14/01/2013 and the service light STILL come on showing me that the car need to go in for a service. After a couple of attempts by resetting the pc it is still not rectified. How do I know that my utility was serviced, but I had to pay the account?
Please, I demand a better service from Westvaal.
Many Thanks
