I have experienced the most appalling services from TNT over the past week. I have all the call records and emails if the managers genuinely wish to sort out the rot in the company.
On the 27/11 I spoke to Helen Nkomo, she had my filed but never called me. I gave her particulars and she mailed the Indemnity Form which I returned same day.By 01/12 I had not recieved any quote/invoice for duty, I called and was ill-treated by a centre agents who hung up without answering my concerns. I was later assisted by Phulma Mfecane who informed me that she could not mail the duty charges since she did not have my details. I asked why she didnt get them from somebody handling the file previously but she said thats not how they work so i had to provide details myself. I did and managed to pay.
The duty was R126 with a admin fee of R376 (even though DHL and Fedex charge between R120 and R150).
My parcel was sent to Durban and Esikhawini despite the address stated as Middldrift, Eastern Cape. I called again this morning. The parcel has been given to an Agent and as per company policy they cannot tell me who it is even though I wanted to pick my parcel which is already very late.
