My car was broken into in August and my insurance (Absa) took it to Technostar. First I was told the staff were on strike and when they eventually returned to work I was called by Melanie who told me my car was ready for collection. When I got there to pick up the car she told me the car wasn't ready yet as the navigator was not installed. I asked her why did she call me if the car was not ready she said she wasn't aware. This person called me two times, first on friday, then on monday morning but when I got to technostar she tells me she wasn't aware that the car was not ready. She then told me the parts has been ordered and will be available in 15 working days. That was in October and today is the 2nd of December and my car is still without the navigator. every time I call the branch i get sent from pillar to post. I honestly don't know what to do now.
