Very disappointed client

My car had been in an accident which was not my fault at all as I was sandwiched in the middle. Took my car to technostar who said its R62000 damage... I left my car there for a month to get repaired. Ever since they gave it back to me, there are only faults in that car. Noises like you wouldn't believe, electrical faults, doors are still lose like the passengers can fall off while I'm driving! I took it there after I went to pick up my warranty and complained as well. They told me to bring it in again, I did, and then they say the workers are on strike so they can't help me. Its been 2 weeks now and the workers are still on strike! No1 seems to be interested in sorting out this mess! Yet they took the R62000 very quickly with excess! I may not have the most expensive car but my car is my car, and all I want is for them to sort it out! I am not happy with their repairs at all! I know that the person who caused the accident had paid the damages to technostar but technostar should have atleast made sure that my car was perfect after they had it for a month. I want help now!!!
