POOR SERVICE DELIVERY AND REPAIRS

My car was backed up into on the 29/10/2013 and was towed by i-way and taken to the technostar panelbeaters where my car was authorized on the 7/11/2013 for repairs. My car was loaded on the repair system of technostar on the 12/11/2013 and i was promised that it would be done in 7 to 10 working days, saturday being a working day for them as well. I was told Friday the 22/11/2013 was the day my car would be ready, i arrived Saturday morning and my car was wide open and not complete. i was then told monday afternoon and that didn't happen and i was told that it would be ready today 26/11/2013. upon my arrival my cars bonnet did not close properly in fact i did not close at all and as i drove after they convinced me to drive off in my incomplete vehicle, my cars dashboard was going hysterical and showing lights that i have never seen before and i was forced to turn the car around and return it. im unhappy with the fact that the 7 to 10 working days turned into 15 days and still it was not complete and i was told to take my car and return whenever i please to fix it and forced to pay for unfinished work on my car. To top it off i wasnt the only complaining about the workmanship there
