My Punto has been at Technostar for going on 7 weeks. I know there has been a strike for the past month but apart from that the delay has been awaiting spare parts. When I ask where these parts are coming from no one can give me an answer. I even offered to collect the parts from Jhb my self if this was what was causing the delay. Dial Direct dictate which panel beater to use so I have no option in taking this else where for better service. Further to this delay, I have informed them that my vehicle hire facility has long expired & I am now without any form of transport. The attitude from technostar is basically that this is not their problem.
I would definitely not recommend either the Insurance Company or their panel beater to any future clients as they could experience the same delay issues.
