Are you paying my car note this month

I am extremely irate at the level of service that Technostar has provided to me. I booked my car in on Tuesday 26 Nov 2013 to have my front bumper repaired. My insurance company (virgin money) advised me that it could take anywhere between 5 - 7 working days to complete the job which I was happy with. 9 Days passed with still no word about my car so I called the company Thursday 5 Dec 2013 and was advised by the manager that my bumper was waiting to be sprayed and my car would be ready on Friday 6th Dec 2013. This promise did not materialize and on Friday I was once again advised that my car would be ready by monday. I called the company again today only to find out that they don't have a definite date as to when my car will be ready by. After more than 2 weeks of waiting for my car it is still not fixed and I am paying my insurance as well as my car note for a car that I do not have. The worst part is that the longer they take the more money I need to spend on the rental car so my question is simple... How are you going to reimburse me for your staffs incompetence??? Please people stay away from Technostar as the customer does not come first there.
