I have had more than one package delivered to me by FASTWAY Couriers and have been impressed every time by their excellent service. This time I had to contact them because there was an error in my delivery address (my own mistake) and Gail responded quickly when I contacted her via email and she came back to confirm the correct address. My package was delivered the next day, as promised. In contrast, I have used other couriers who do not respond when you contact them or do not effect any changes or deliver when they say they will.
