I ordered Christmas gifts on kalahari in the beginning of December and it was expected according to kalahari 7to 8 days (pretoria) By the 19th December my package was still not delivered. I phoned kalahari and spoke to a man named Paul that could help me and he said my order was still at the cape town branch and has not been dispatched yet. I was furious as I was leaving the next day on holiday! We changed the delivery address to where I was going on holiday (ballito). I phoned the next day (20th) and spoke to a lady named Victoria to confirm that my package was dispatched to ballito, she confirmed the address was changed to ballito KZN and I will have my package deliver to the ballito address Monday the 23rd. Monday the 23rd I phoned kalahari again to confirm with them that I will be receiving my package today (23rd) in balito and they said yes, I asked for the couriers contact details to contact them to ensure the delivery and the time for today (23rd). I contacted the couriers and they said my package is in PRETORIA AND NOT BALITO. After they never delivered in time and after all my phone calls to change the address it still was a mess. Never again!
