My dad phoned Vodacom who uses RAM hand to hand couriers for the parcel deliveries, so Vodacom then phoned RAM hand to hand couriers to enquire about the parcel. Vodacom then responded to my dad to say that RAM would contact him shortly with regards to his parcel. He tried phoning RAM again at 5pm yet they responded to him by saying they couldn't get hold of his cellphone, I'm very confused as to why they would say such since my dad 's phone was on the whole day, not on silent at all. I don't understand how they couldn't have my dad's number when he specifically gave it to them. Terrible service, and no follow up on enquires with regards to parcels at all. The funniest thing though is the fact that RAM stated that they tried to contact my dad, yet he didn't receive any missed calls at all from RAM or any efforts to contact him at all.
