We received our new Tata Indica with 27km on the clock just on a month ago - We were back at Tata within 3 days of having the vehicle as the ashtray would not clip in, the roof lining was broken, the centre console was not fitted correctly.
Within 2 weeks the vehicle no longer wanted to start properly, the indicators work when they in the mood, the hazard lights do the same, the temperature gauge does not work, the vehicle over fuels itself. We have spent more time going to Tata and also working with the company that sold us this dud demanding a new vehicle. A month down the line and still no joy and we are still sitting with a vehicle that does not run correctly.
Tata keep telling us that we need to wait for warranty parts - ON A NEW VEHICLE - I am sorry but as we showed them the faults within a few days - a replacement vehicle should have been supplied by now.
Tata took the vehicle in yesterday to supposidly replace the console - we sat the entire day without a vehicle - they told us it was replaced but when receiving the vehicle back late yesterday - the same broken sonsole was still in the vehicle.
