Three months after taking delivery of a vehicle from Tata Pretoria North I have not received documentation pertaining to the extended warranty; service plan or "used motor vehicle care pack"- total of some R28'000.00. I only received license disk yesterday and number plates on request. Late settlement of my trade in cost me some R4500.00. I was overcharged for accessories. The sales person (Eugene) tells as a matter of course. His Dealer Principal (Jaco) has not responded to more than 180 e-mails. Tata Head office is useless- Schalk Lubbe is too important to respond to telephone; e-mail and hard copy delivery of correspondence. Phonnie Cilliers too does not return phone calls or e-mail.
The sad part is that I actually enjoy the vehicle- Xenon DC 4x4.
