DUD TATA XENON DOUBLE CAB SOLD

My husband bought a brand new Tata Xenon Double Cab at Brakpan, and it was towed 3 times within a span of 2 months due to the following defaults: 03 Apr 2013 on 1 107km at TATA Brakpan, The dealership secured the earth wire on the computer box, 02 May 2013 on 2 118km at TATA Brakpan, Replaced starter motor, TATA Nelspruit, Attend to a bad connection on the cam sensor. I had to incur R2094 for hiring of a vehicle in order to get back to Johannesburg, my place of residence. After numerous communications with Tata's Management Mr Phonnie Celliers, advised me, that I need to collect my vehicle at my own expense, and they refused to reimbursed me for the cost that I incurred for hiring of the vehicle, and can only offer me R500 for petrol to collect my vehicle which was not paid to me as yet. On arriving at Tata in Nelspruit, my husband was told the vehicle was not ready, and had to wait for more than 20 mins as they could not find the keys of the vehicle. When arriving back home to Johannesburg, he noticed that the vehicle was bumped, which gives me the impression why they advised my husband that the vehicle was not ready. I hereby request a brand new replacement.
