In January 2013 I took my Tata Xenon D/C (who is still under guarantee) to Kia Menlyn to fix two problems. After one and a half day nothing was done to the vehicle and I need it to go to Zambia. I had to cope with the faults all the way.
On 01/09/2013 I took my Tata to KIA Menlyn to get it serviced and there was a few other things they had to attend to as well as the two problems who still existed.
At 16:00 on 01/09/ 2103 I was informed that the Tata was not ready and that the work still outstanding will be attended to first thing in the morning.
However when I contacted Kia Menlyn at 10:30 on 02/09/2013 I was informed that nothing at all has been done to my Tata, not even the outstanding work of January 2013.
That is unacceptable to me, I am living in Naboomspruit (Limpopo) and was promised that the work will be done in one day. I was first in line (waiting from 06:20) to be sure to get my vehicle in first to get it back by the end of the day.
I had to go back to Naboomspruit, wasting two days and still have to get the job done by some Tata dealer.
