How is this for service!
Tata Richards Bay 28/08/2013 my 2nd Super ACE goes in for a service, Fuel gage not working, turbo not boosting, front break`s on 20 000 km metal to metal.. After service report, need to order fuel gage, need to order brake pads, nothing wrong with turbo but still not boosting.
I call today 29/08/2013.. Vehicle is standing due to breaks that is finished, dealership says maby by Tuesday we will have the spares and I am "like " so my business vehicle must now just stand until you finally get spares... "BUSINESS DOES NOT STAND STILL!! " get this in your heads.. Only good thing here is that I have been able to convince 5 companies to stay away from the biggest mistake they could make by buying any form of TATA vehicle... Businesses owners take note of this pathetic type of vehicle and service backup...
