I ordered a contract from vodacom on friday 22 November. i found out that it only got to Ram courier at 26 November. today I had to phone again just to find out that I have to wait another day or two for delivery. I also phoned to ask if i can collect it from Ram just to speed things up. this is not acceptable tracking number y1293874
