On 23 January 2013 I upgraded my cellphone telephonically. Today - 1 February I queried on the tracking page of Ram to see where my phone was. Answer: Address not found, Durban closed returned to Midrand. Now how useless can that be??? Are their vans fitted with GPS???
I checked with Vodacom to see which address was supplied - address correct. Not Vodacom's fault. Phoned customer service of Ram - same answer - address not found. Now this is past useless... Is it possible that they can maybe phone the customer and ask for directions? Ram - here is the order number U452309. You should hang your heads in shame. You are a firm that definately not go the extra mile.
I live in KZN and you return the phone to Midrand!!!
