On the 18th of June, Vodacom had a phone delivered to me by mistake. They logged a call with RAM Couriers to collect at my office. It has been 2 weeks, and I am still waiting for them to collect the phone. I have called Vodacom a number of times, and they said they followed with RAM Couriers, who said they would collect, but here I am, still sitting with an unopened box. I cannot upgrade my phone until this box goes back to Vodacom. This is such an inconvenience to me. I cannot understand why this is happening. Customer service is NON EXISTENT. I need this resolved ASAP.
