I have been trying to contact EMS Sapo for the past few days already regarding my package. They are the most useless department I have ever come across. I feel like pulling my hair out I am so frustrated with dealing with a bunch of people who cant be bothered to provide efficient service delivery. How am I suppose to track my package when no one ever answers the phone?? I want to know WHAT IS GOING ON AND WHERE MY PACKAGE IS as soon as possible. my ref is ED062421330IN. It should have been here already. SA post office just says: "sorry - not our problem!!! - Call EMS!
