A parcel had been scheduled for delivery from Vodacom on 2013/02/14. Ram phoned me at 14:15 to tell me that a driver is on his way and that I have to wait at reception.
I waited at reception for an Hour before I called Ram to ask them what is going on, with a response of "Sorry sir I can not get hold of the driver and that we will call you back shortly..."
I waited another 30 minutes and called Ram again just to be placed on hold for 20 minutes and then the same answer again.
I waited till half past 5 and called Customer Care and spoke to "Edward" after witch he told me that he got hold of the driver and that he was at Reception and that I was not there and that he left because I was not there...
"Edward" assured me that he will make sure that I will be the first delivery this morning... it is 09:30 am and not a word from Ram.
I find this very frustrating that Ram can be like that. I sat at reception from 14:15 to 16:45 with no word and no one could answer me on where the driver is...
